Betsson closes account

My account disappeared. I never received any mail, call, skype message or smoke signal that they've closed my account, but it's gone. They cannot tell me what happened to my account and to the traffic I've send them.

They're investigating things now, but it's going sloooooooooooooooooooooooooooooow.

Yep. I think they just deleted it without letting me know that they deleted it.

I wouldn't hold by breath waiting for them to investigate anything. They closed your account and will no doubt keep all your future commissions.

Affiliatelounge used to pay affiliates from players accounts before they launched the wallet for affiliates. Maybe they closed the player account if there is not use for it anymore for affiliates payments

The affiliate program of one of their brands (Oranje Casino) closed my account or it just disappeared. They're searching for it, but cannot find it anymore they say.

I don't have a player account there.

Yep, two options in my eyes: or it is just disappeared or they closed it and don't want to admit that. I would place my bets on the option that it's disappeared.

They're still looking what happened, but they got no answer. I mail with them, they investigate and than...silence. Until I ask. Than they "investigate" again and again... silence. In my eyes that isn't a very cooperative attitude. I prefer to know the truth. "Hey, we're some amateurs, your account disappeared somehow and we don't know or don't care how that could happen. And your commission.. hey man, **** happens". But not even that...

You have still the initial email after sign-up I guess? This happened to me once, I do not remember where. I forwarded the first email to the affiliate program. Then they finally started to do something.

Yep. I have send them that confirmation mail. Before that they didn;t even believe me. They talked like I was confused...

Update: they cannot find my account anymore and act like it never existed. Despite the clear evidence I have showed them. They act like my memory isn't working right.

Betsson has stopped replying. Their statement is that the account never existed, while I can prove it did. So I have to agree with Medmi. They're rogue and not wanting to investigate what happened in this case. Also they do not reply anymore when the discussions is getting a bit difficult for them.

I had my account disabled as well....went round and round with them a little and they re-enabled it....

My guess is they turned mine back on because they do not owe me any money....

I did quote things like breach of contract and how they were breaching the terms that were in effect when I signed up 100 years ago....

I do not have any intention of attempting to make money with them, so enabling my account is likely a short term and futile exercise, but wanted to see what results I would have knowing they do NOT owe me funds....

Well, I guess with my account they did the same thing or something went wrong at a conversion, but what bothers my is that they did not inform me about this, neither tell me what happened when I ask about it. They just insist the account did not exist, while I can prove it did exist. I cannot check if they owed me any money, as the account just disappeared.

I already asked their license holder, but the Malta Gaming Authority told me they exist just for player issues. Affiliate programs can do what they want it seems. Also they don't give a sh** there when affiliate programs are involved in criminal issues. They just act when others force them to do so, like lately when Italians prosecutors cleaned up some sh** over there and they had no other option than suspend the licenses of some casino's.

So it seems i ran out of what I can do. I don't work anymore with Betsson and I won't work anymore with the jokers that "handled" my complaint and that lied obviously.

But seriously, i don't understand such guys?! Everybody runs around and sings the affiliate song. Running around at Summits and Meetings, has a lot of affiliate manager staff, a cool affiliate program website and so on.

But without the will of a partnership. Of course, i never need something from my Betsson affiliate manager, i never asked for banners, reviews. Just for an account. Ok, thats a year ago ... who cares.

Now, the traffic is growing. More signups, more deposits, more money ... but no more Betsson, Betsafe or Dhoze or something. If you dont have the patience to wait, to support, please don´t operate an open affiliate program. Start some close and closed partnerships maybe.

As i started as a gambling affiliate i read about Betsson and this behavior to close accounts. nice, you are famous. But do you think some newbies playing that game and gamble with you?! Of course you have some nice products but there are plenty of other fish in the sea. With patience, support and the will to establishing a long term partnership.

Ok, maybe you laughing about my poor amount of depositors. But i laugh later, without you as a "partner".

No, its not "disappeared". I received an email a week before closing. But thats very least!?
Honestly ... i don't see any reason to close accounts.
Probably Betsson paying the affiliate software per account and need to safe some money after the own affiliate managers running away with the money

Yep, it's too weird to be true, but it is true. I had an account, I can prove that and after some time I just couldn't login anymore and Betsson couldn't find it anymore.

What in my eyes happened and they do not want to admit, is that they closed it. Another explanation I do not have. Accounts do not just disappear...
