WP Plugin for Translated Content?

[JohnA]

I'm looking for a WP plugin that can achieve the following things:

- provide a user-friendly interface for translators to access to translate a website's content page by page.
- it can automatically re-create translated pages without you having to copy-paste the translation onto the new site
- it can be interlinked with your local versions of your site - i.e. site.com, site.de, site.fr, etc. - as in, you translate the content of the .com site and then can export the translation to the local .xx sites from the same interface (i.e. no copy-paste needed).

Any idea what plugin can achieve this? Paid works as well.

Thanks.
