You should try to control what users submit. If you allow just anyone to submit their website, and select their own anchors etc you probably wont have as much success as you would if you were to accept websites on a case by case basis based on quality.

if you don't do some kind of quality control you're likely to end up with a run of the mill directory. Those types of directories don't have much value.

Of course we control the content and check every presentation manually, but we do not control if they copy paste the content written under their "about us " button in their own pages.

As long as the presentation is about their site and fits with the content on the page they list we approve it.
