Could advanced Menu-structure negatively impact our SERP's

Hi there.

As seen in signature I run the www.gluecksspielschule.de.

The topmenu, has several submenus, and I'm trying to make a lot of reviews of different online games.

Though it has come to my mind, that each and every Menu-Item Counts as an internal link - and well - also as dublicate links on each and every subpage? - Menu now has about 60 links.

Is this a bad Idea that could affect my SERP's negatively?
You think I should make a redesign of menu structure - and any suggestions?

BTW - I have recently cleaned out in "BAD" blackhat links to avoid penalty - and what you think happened? Instead of getting rewarded for following Big G's guidelines, SERP's has dropped :-/

If you intend to have an unlimited number of slot review posts you should sort them via category.

Category: Slot Review
Sub-category: A - B
Sub-category: B - C etc.

Each category page will list posts from newest to oldest.

I would not link directly to each post in the Top Nav Menu as over time there may be be too many of them.
