I took a look and only see the standard search page from a domain parking service, but certainly Bet365 may want to investigate possible use of a domain name too similar to their brand.

I have obfuscated the domain in the original post.

I don't think that bet365 can claim ownership of the number 365 in any tangible way.
Wtih 365 days of the year this number is used widely as being synonymous with "always open".

eg. The first results when you type in 365 into google are Microsoft Office 365.

The original post said the person using the domain was promoting Bet365, so I was curious to see if they were and how they were.

Obviously the where there would be a problem was if they gave the appearance their site was too similar to Bet365 parent site, but as a standard affiliate portal, there should be no issue.

Is a way to outmatch some affilate pages...

The guy took the site down yesterday, apparently after seeing this thread he got scared. The site was some generic Wordpress template promoting bet365 and nothing else
