I e-mailed 'Daniela' on 07 June 2018 - so far, I've received no reply and no payment from Mr Smith.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't been paid yet. Hopefully, you will get a response and payment from this person.

Thank you. I've tried e-mailing mattias.granqvist@betssongroup.com - we'll see if this has any effect. It's now been more than a year since they started to ignore me - it's pretty much blacklist time for Mr Smith from this end.

Thank you for everyone's input. I've tried to contact Mr Smith/Betsson via several e-mail addresses, regarding a very insignifiant payment of less than $100. It has reafirmmed horrible realism regariding the ignoranance, silence and lack of response players must experience when attempting to cashout a couple of hundred from Mr Smith.
Ta-ra, Smith. Betsson, or whatever you're called. You failed the basics tests.
