Am I being sensible promoting casinos like this

Please could I have some advice. The casino world is completely new to me, so I'm not sure if I will be breaking any written or unwritten laws here.

I want to use 3 sites to promote selected casinos. One will discuss the fun of casino playing, and another will discuss the security aspects related to browsing casino and other sites. I will be using

to list the casinos I am sponsoring. I've put together a sample site with one sponsor, but haven't added a general sales message yet. Do I need to add any legal notes to the intro page? I'd will also need to consider traffic trading in the future. What is the best way to do this? Do I add links to trading partners at the bottom, or do you use a top list type of system?

Actually, you should have a well-written disclaimer at the bottom of at least your home page - I have mine on all my pages. First rule of biz - always cover your ass!

I wondered about the disclaimer. Is there a standard one I can use, or have I got to try to invent something? I don't feel comfortable about copying things from other peoples sites.

No, you should never copy without permission, but I think most webmasters would give you permission to use their disclaimer if you asked.

In fact, a lot of webmasters will allow you to use a lot of info, provided you give them a link back and credit for it. Never, ever copy without permission - that's called copyright infringement, and is legally pursuable.
