Business Worth

Hi Guys


How does one valuate our business? I know a few guys on the forums were talking about 12-15 month revenue earned, is what the business should be worth. What do you think?


I just want to get an idea of what kind of figures we can expect if we decided to sell up.
I did have a few offers but not happy with them.

people will say anything such as 12 months to 2 or 3 years. Otherwise no harm in waiting if you are patient for the right buyer but keep in mind if your revenues drop in that time then maybe you would look back and reconsider offers

Well we have been in the affiliate business for approx. 3 years and in no hurry to sell. It was just out of curiousity....
Having said that, ANY business is for sale at the right price

If you must know, we are looking at a price range of round $700k-$800k which should be recovered in 12 to 16 months
