Hi everybody,

Does anyone know who is behind CasinoWonga.com ?
We have the feeling that our design has been copied by the people runing this website.
Here is the project description on DesingCrowd.com:

As you can see it, our brand Casino Lemonade is cited 15 times.
Feel free to take a look at both websites and tell me if our impression is right or wrong.

Alexandre - your particular issue aside, I love the design and layout of your site.

As frustrating as it is, the guy has made it clear that your site should not be copied. They have used it as an example of what they are looking for.

To be honest, most inspiration comes from other peoples sites these days. The guys at xxxpokerlistings.com have had their site imitated so much they have to keep changing what they have.

xxxcasinowonga.com is not a direct copy of your site and I think you would have a hard job proving that they have ripped you off. Anthony made a good point, you have a very nice looking site.

This is terrible - I suggest you contact the casinos advertised on CasinoWonga.com (their affiliate programmes) and send them this information.

This is wrong so they should take action.

I also second what has been said below, very nice site , re the copying of the site it will be very difficult , i personally think that it looks very similar but what can you do about it . A site without traffic , no matter how good it looks will not perform.

I agree... Your site is quite nice....
I remember a few weeks ago I saw this site from someone here in the GPWA....So I am sure its someone who is registered here....

As for copying you, I would have to disagree....
There are definitely similarities, but in no way would hold up as a copy....

This is just my personal opinion.....

Sorry only just seen this thread. I do indeed own Casino Wonga. To say Casino Wonga is a copy of your design is to say the least bloody crazy! It is common practise to state in a design contest of site designs that are liked. I could list hundreds of designs contest that do so! I even stated in the contest that the Caisno Lemonade design should not be copied. No images from CL were used for Casino Wonga! The main character of the site was created by another designer and is 100% unique.

Glad to see that some who have replied in this thread have common sense.

Alexandre please feel free to take this further as I'm happy to defend my case!!!!!!

I agree that the sites are similar but in my opinion are NOT copies.

I am sorry, but I do NOT support removal of this thread.

We tend to not remove threads here and although this is a healthy discussion of differing opinions, that alone is certainly not cause for removal.

Just want to add my opinion about this topic, I've seen both sites and i may say they are actually not in same design. As being justified by the owner of Casino Wonga. I agree that both designs has its own unique features like the bottom part of each site. Maybe all of us may sometimes have the same idea but not totally can be at the same style for instance in the game options, design taste, etc. Basically, both sites has its distinct characteristics and can be described as different from each other.

I agree with cassy, i would say there are some similarities with the look and maybe they've made your site as an inspiration to their design but its not a total copy cat of the casino lemonade.

Your site looks great. I also checked out the wanga site and see that it doesn't look copied. There is a familiar design element, but not enough to claim it's been copied.

I wouldn't worry about it.
