The quality of account managers with this program is brutal. It is all one-sided; as soon as they get an answer, they go silent and won't answer questions or provide the information required.

With so many great programs out there and excellent account managers, everyone would do well to stay well clear of this program. Based on the quality of their managers, they won't be around long anyways.
