    Default USA market question

    Hello members,

I have a question concerning USA market.

Do you guys think that online casinos will be allowed in more states soon and where? Currently at casinowow, we do not promote US brands but we are definitely interested. Do some of you promote USA brands?

    thank you for sharing.

Regulation will make it through the US states one at a time for a couple decades to come. So yes, one at a time a new regulated market will open up here and there.

You will need to get licensed by each jurisdiction and deal with the paperwork, taxation, etc of each.

I hope it is clear that the only brands worth of promoting in the USA are offshore casinos and bookies.
Also it is nearly certain that regulated markets were and are always the end for affiliates.

So it does not make sense to NOT promote the offshores in the USA now.
And it does not make sense to wait for regulation that will steal all revenue.

This discussion was here so many times and yet it is coming back over and over again. It is annoying. All markets that were regulated went either to horrible or to literally zero.

The OP's location is listed as Malta. That coupled with the way he asked the question makes me think OP is looking for locally regulated markets only, not offshore.

Also, there is always the chance that by offering offshore providers, one may be precluded from offering regulated games in the future due to "bad actor" clauses. Something some businesses want to think about.

I do not know how location is connected to doing regulated or unregulated markets.

Bad actors are also irrelevant. No affiliate is doing any money on regulated markets at least compared to what was done before. It is not that with regulation you lose 20, or 40%. Not even 60 or 80%. Even 90% is way optimistic. Prepare for 2% of unregulated income and that later your account will be closed (by the time nobody cares of course even if you made 8 figures). The same shitters go to USA. Only ignorants may think they will make some money in the USA. Synonym to regulation is end of affiliate marketing .

Yes, slowly more states one by one will legalize online gambling. The problem as said above is with the regulated operators its hard to make any money with them. I tried when New Jersey did it a few years back and no luck at all. Make much more promoting offshore books and casinos.

I have to agree with Sherlock - "regulation is end of affiliate marketing".

Simply take a look at UK , also in Italy.

The sad story for Italy is that when I watched couple of days back the Juvenus - MIlan game it was only advertisemtns of food and drinks, as it is prohibitted for sportbooks to advertise.

At the end of the day it is sports and betting is connected with it.

However, affiliates in Italy earn more from offshore companies than with the regulated ones.
