need authority certification for several Affiliate Programs

Hi,

my first post at GPWA and it is not a funny stuff.

I have a registered company in Europe pay tax ( a lot of it ) and the taxman knows what I am doing.

Now we had an audit and the taxman complained that several Affiliate Programs are not really registered at the addresses they have in their contact details. Letterbox company or shell companies (do not know what the official english term is).

Two of them are bigger companies like Hardway Invest / EuroPartners and UIM / Grand Virtuals / Everest Affiliates.

Does anybody of you have further details of this companies?
Registration numbers, official documents?
Our affiliale managers send me some documents, but that was waste of paper.

This is a simple one just email your AM and they will give you the true company name 99% of companies never post the name of the parent company on teh site.

I did it several times. Some AMs also send me details (adresses and even annual reports) but all the adresses are not really registered at these adresses.

for example:
Hardway Investment Ltd.
3rd Floor, TeleDome Building
Old Parham Road
St. John's
Antigua W.I

This adress apparently seems to be wrong.
There is nothing else than a letterbox.

The problem is, that I have a rigistered company and pay all the tax.
Only purchase tax I do not have to pay, because all the companies I am working with are outsite europe.
But if the adresses are wrong ore just a letterbox, I have to pay the purchase tax.
And thats really a lot. And I have to remargin it for the last 6 years with included interests !!!
