I was promised (on the phone) by skybet 35% RS but when I just checked, I am only on 25%.
Skybet are currently not responding.

as anyone had this issue before and how do you get paid what was originally promised?

Hi, I responded to your email within two hours of receipt on Friday and will follow up again now I'm in this morning. It looks to be a simple administrative error, so we'll be able to fix it very quickly.
