Default Should I request Hybrid deal or stay only on REVshare

    Hello,
I am on 45% revshare with one of my partners but another brand is offering me 45% + CPA. Should I stay only on revshare or hybrid is better?
    Thank you

Hey man, I think RS deals favor you if you're getting that amount of FTDs from those strong geos.

In my opinion, Revshare is best.

There is no harm in asking, we are mostly on hybrids these days having been mostly RS only in the past.

In most cases when we asked we were able to get a CPA added to an existing RS deal without the RS percentage dropping.

If you ask for a hybrid and they ask you to drop on the RS percentage it then becomes a question of account value. Is it better to stay on RS or take a lower RS with a CPA, it depends on each brand individually.

I would personally be choosing a hybrid deal, for sure. One of my family members has a hybrid deal, where she has a fixed 40% revenue share deal and if she's able to bring in any new depositors, they pay her $10 for every new depositing player. She's had this agreement for a number of years already. Speak to your affiliate manager about it and you just might be able to get the same, affiliate commission deal.

Are you happy with your current revenues ?
Cause if you switch to another brand, you do not know what conversions will be, how it will react on your traffic, ect...
Many things can go wrong when switching (trust me I know lol)

Why can not you go for both to see? Exact RS is the last thing I care about.

Ask the new brand for 30%+CPA or something like that, do a test. Make a pre-deal that if everything is fine, you will give them top position for 45+hybrid.

Give something to them and gain their trust. But do not drop what is working for you. The most important thing is not money, but the data/knowledge. Pay for it with some lower RS, but do not overpay. You need to give them just a fraction of your traffic to see the conversions and overall performance.

Neither.. I dont judge on what they offer I judge on how it converts, how many convert, how many retain, value then total earnings made per click... i could get 20% at akiller brand with good retetnion and top marketing and make thousands.. then swap to a 45% deal with 200 CPA and make perhaps a few hundred.. with brands there is no right or wrong. only testing to see what works best

That's the point mate. I do never negotiate the hell out of the deal. Starting on a "common deal" and see if you can work with each other is 100 times better, as to get a monster share plus cpa. In the end your traffic doesn't fit the offer, everyone is unhappy, u run behind your money!

Please keep in mind, lasting and valuable businesses are set for the long run, not to squeeze your partners out like a lemon as quick as possible.

Committing to try something new is never easy, and there have been many times when I have found myself pondering over a major decision such as transitioning from hybrid deal to an all revenue share. And It's undeniable - revenue share can certainly monetize its goals more straightforwardly. But with numerous unforeseen boosts ready to occur every now and then, a hybrid doesn't make for bad asct addition to your setup.
