    Default NCC deals

    Hi,
can more experienced gambling affiliates give me some insight what is the point to promote casinos that have negative carry over in effect?

Are they really so much better converting, or do they have more hi-rollers that it's worth promoting them?

There are so many non-NCC affiliate programs out there that this puzzles me so bad. God damn, I'm pretty sure that I'll turn into a watermelon if can't hack this.

    Help.

NCC is a no go. Unless you can arrange special deal where there is NO negative carrier over. I have managed that with several brands.... But yes best advise is to stay clear of these.

It is true that negative carry over can work against you at times, but I have had a few where the negative was played off the following month and things went back to staying positive.

I look at it as good for players when they win and there are some programs that are good to have because player like them even if they only offer negative carry over options.

If you can find enough brands that you like without NCO then there is no need to promote any brands that have it

Would you be comfortable adding a rider to all your reviews saying "We only promote a small section of programs that provide us the most favourable terms to allow us to maximise our revenues from player losses"? No? Thought not

If you are choosing programs SOLELY based on the most favourable terms to affiliates then you are not providing a service to your readers / players. You will be listing all sorts of programs - many of which should never be promoted to players at all.

It's often the smaller programs with big headline rev-share and/or no negative carryover that are closing down, restarting, cutting affiliates etc.

It's been my experience that the best programs for player experience/safety and affiliate longevity (no complaints about shaving, no shonky deals) tend to be the programs that do have negative carryover - which provides a solid basis for their business - ie Bet365 and Bovada.

In the end rev-share should be about sharing revenue - if the program is not making money from YOUR players - then expecting a continual payment is unrealistic in the long term. The program will either fold, or start dragging money back in a number of unsavoury ways.

I promote programs other ways than review sites.

If you have any common sense you don't pick up some 50% non-NCO. Instead you do first research of the site. Then you should be able to decide if the site is trustworthy or not.

I've haven't had any problems with non-NCO programs so far, guess I'm a lucky fellow.

In my opinion the major cut what casinos naturally take from revenue compensates the losing months in a long run. If not, there couldn't be non-NCO programs running for so long.

With NCO there is zero risk to the casinos affiliate wise, and all the heat from losing months comes to the affiliates.

We generate the most new players anyway so I still don't see any reason to promote NCO programs.

Hard to expect continual payments from any program if my players don't bring any money in...

    Good morning and good luck.

To suggest that affiliates that promote casinos, sportsbooks or other properties that have negative carry over do not have common sense is incorrect.

Some affiliates follow common sense and want to offer what they feel are the BEST properties for their visitors, whether the affiliate program has negative carry over or not.

//Never suggested such a thing in this thread. I said "If you have any common sense you don't pick up some 50% non-NCO."

//I guess that's one way to polish what we are actually doing = to get people gambling and lose money. Offering the BEST option...It is what it is.

My top three earning aff programs are negative carry over programs. I firmly believe in sustainable, long term relationships.

I'm happy for your success, but do you believe that sustainable, long term relationships are not possible with non-NCO programs,
I don't believe so. That¨s why I started this thread.

Good info and opinions. Keep it coming.

Yes, my earnings prove it, as I also work with no neg carry over programs that come nowhere close in comparison. So, for me anyway, the proof is in the pudding.
