Local licenses in EU states

Hi, what has happened with bet365 accounts in EU countries where online gambling was regulated?
Is the bet365 policy to obtain a local license? Where they don't have a local license, the players accounts remains active, they still can access the site? (most of countries requires to internet providers to ban the unlicensed sites).

Nothing happened so far in most or maybe in all countries (I believe in France they closed accounts, but in Italy they let ppl bet although the main domain is blocked). I think their policy is to obtain licence, but everything has pros and cons. Some countries have ridiculous licence conditions. E.g. the France is quite dead. If you log into your account you can see how they solve it in Bulgary. There are still countries where they have no licence and promotion is active. Fortunatelly most of the countries still do NOT block webistes (btw. here is handy tool if you want to see if webiste is blocked https://www.whatsmydns.net/#A/bet365.com).

Some countries seems to block the site - Italy, Belgium, Bulgary, Romania intended (EU), Turkey, China, India etc.

Certain contestations reffering to EU general business/services rules are in progress also, but no hope for a fast solution.

I believe they do not want to discuss this openly, however I am sure the last 3 quoted countries are not EU members
