Exactly what I had in mind as well! I think there actually are ways for artificially causing rain; they launch some sort of probe into the sky and some sort of reaction is enforced. Meteorologists use this in various experiments - or so I've heard, lol.

So let's start dealing in conflict diamonds and let's also major in Meteorology. This i slowly starting to look like a "10 things a hardcore poker affiliate should do" article
