Are there any recommended email marketing companies to send out emails to lists of players. Keep getting blocked by popular choices, it would seem there is little out there accepting gambling.

If it is your own controlled list etc, why not just invest in to a newsletter program and run it yourself?
I have no recommendations for specific software, but there is a long list that you should be able to implement that would have an auto unsubscribe etc.
Not sure I am missing anything but I think the main features you would want is auto unsubscribing remove requests and also removing bounces.
Maybe making sure you can import and export your current list as well.

YMLP.com allows gambling related content. However, depending on what you need, it may be better to opt for a program on your own server where you can have more control over your email newsletters.

Your own server is hard when sending 1000+ to google or yahoo, there is a lot of reputation and multi ip things that a real service can handle. ActiveCampaign is ok, and they haven't kicked me for gambling yet, but at least i can filter the list by geo, and actual people that opened and clicked.. so at least use a real service to clen up what you have if its large.

I worked at an Email Marketing Company (Email Service Provider), and here is what I learned regarding gambling newsletters:
1. It is imperative to know your Email Service Provider’s policy. The policy outlines the set of rules, ensuring your compliance with their demands and regulations, regarding online gambling.
2. You need to learn how to avoid the Spam Filters at your client's email providers.
3. You can use a dedicated IP address for sending newsletters. A dedicated IP address will aid in set up and build a good sender reputation.
The above is a summary of chapter heads. It is mandatory to carry out a thorough research, in order to implement everything.
Old thread but this exact problem is why I ended up in this business, so adding what I know in case people still land here from google (this thread ranks).
The pattern with GetResponse / ActiveCampaign / any mainstream ESP is always the same: it works until it doesn't. They don't review your content at signup, they review it when your complaint rate ticks up or a compliance sweep hits your account. Then you're suspended with your list locked inside. GetResponse's terms exclude gambling same as Mailchimp's, they just enforce it later. If you go that route, export your list weekly so the ban costs you nothing but time.
The more durable setup for casino lists is your own sending infrastructure: a dedicated IP and a dedicated sending domain (not your money site - a separate domain like mail-yourbrand.com, so if reputation tanks you rotate the domain, not the brand). SPF, DKIM and DMARC on day one, then warm the IP properly - start around 50 emails a day to your most engaged openers and roughly double weekly over 4-6 weeks. Send cold to the full list on day one and you've burned the IP before it ever had a reputation.
List hygiene matters more than anything for gambling lists because complaint tolerance at gmail/microsoft is tiny. Cut anyone who hasn't opened in 90 days, never mail scraped or bought addresses, and run every template through mail-tester.com before a campaign - it catches the dumb stuff (broken DKIM, spammy links, missing list-unsubscribe header) for free.

Yeah, deliverability for gambling is brutal since most mainstream ESPs like Mailchimp or SendGrid auto-reject that vertical, so you're better off looking at specialized high-risk senders like SMTP2GO, SendPulse, or even self-hosted options like MailWizz with dedicated IPs. Before blasting out promos though, make sure your tracking is bulletproof because analyzing which players actually convert is half the battle, and I recently had to figure out how to set up google analytics 4 properly to segment my casino traffic without getting skewed data. Have you tried warming up dedicated IPs first, or are you sticking to shared pools for now?
The problem is once you start getting an ip in to trouble, it can start getting listed on one or more of the hundreds of RBl"s and once that happens the ip is more and more difficult to use for ANY email not just marketing sends. Keep that in mind.
