fixing url structures

Recently moved from old bad url structure ( suitedaces.com/main.php?page_id=13 ) to better one (suitedaces.com/redkings_valueback ).

Now the problem is, that google indexes both urls now and the old page_id=x displays a copy of the frontpage.
I think by far the best solution would be to redirect the old urls to new urls, but there was some issues about that I dont know how to fix.
So what would be the best plan B? Should I delete the old pages from google webmaster tools or just wait for google to take care of it?

I think you just have to wait for Google to take notice and do them correctly in their index database. Also, try promoting them again through re-publishing your links in SB sites to help Google notice the changes.

Im just worried since the pages used to have real content before, and now they are just displaying the front page, maybe google gets confused or something?
