I just realized that my caching plugin messes with the geotargeting on my site - when I have pages cached it shows I'm in the US when I'm actually in Canada.

I'm curious about what the rest of you do - if you use both, do you use javascript based geotargeting? Or do you use caching and just exclude the places where you're using geotargeting? Or do you not bother with page caching?
