Bet365 Stats Issue

Just received the following from Bet365.

This is a quick email to outline some issues we’re seeing in yesterday’s reporting (25^th May). This issue seems to inflate new depositor volumes and there may be some irregularities elsewhere in the day’s data too.

We are investigating this with the utmost importance and your patience is appreciated in the meantime. An update will be provided as soon as we can.

Shame it will get corrected - I quite like the number as it is right now

Strange, I never contacted them about it but to me the stats on the 19th of this month looked suspect - missing FTDs possibly. I wondered if today's stats were catching up missing stats from earlier in the month. I know in the past when they have had errors, it can all get rolled over to the date they fix the problem. Obviously they are saying only yesterday's stats are wrong, so maybe my suspicions are wrong.

Looks deeper than that to me, FTD numbers on our account didn't remotely match registrations (ie way over) and zero deposit volume on the day. They'll get it rectified 100% I'm sure as they've done with all anomolies in the past.
