    Default Regulated Gambling Affiliates

Has anyone been experiencing a bit of difficulty when trying to sign up for regulated US gambling affiliates like Caesar's, Bet365, Fanduel, etc?

We've filled out their forms and reached out to their publicly available emails but just aren't getting responses. Either that or we're getting messages that we don't quality during pre-screening despite having good SEO traffic to a regulated-only affiliate site.

If they aren't responding when you are trying to sign up - imagine how it's going to go down when you will want to get a payout

I guess you need a license for US, in almost every state?

Nothing you need. I can promote what ever i want to everyone if i find the proper operator.
Internet is a free space and its just up on me, my marketing, juristriction setup, how do i get paid, where i'm located.

But yes, if you are up to promote the mentioned operators you need to show up with a proper license.
If i dont get it wrong, regulated space within some states is more or less dead for small/normal sized affiliates because they are not needed.
Operator can buy traffic way more cheap if business is legalized instead paying crazy CPAs or even RS.

Anyone else have any updates on this? Contacts within the regulated gambling industry, or if you're experiencing the same issues here?

It seems impossible to get ahold of these brands

I have indeed found it difficult get a direct response or a reply regarding the application. Sometimes it can take months to get a 48 hour reply. lol

Not sure if it is unique to these problems or just an ongoing problem communicating with many programs these days. it is very frustrating. I tend to get a better reaction when I tell them they are listed but traffic being redirected elsewhere; they don't like that for some reason. LOL

Wanted to come back with an update.

Even after getting established with one major US-regulated program, we're still finding that other programs are either unresponsive or saying they're not taking on new partners at this time.

It doesn't seem like having an existing track record with one operator helps open doors with others.

Anyone else experiencing this? Particularly curious whether others have found a way to get traction beyond just submitting the standard application form or if there's a better contact path that actually gets a response.
