Playing some soccer with friends one or two times a week. It's cool! Unfortunately not time for any more physical exercise.
I got a Wii after Thanksgiving vacation and now I'm on my 48th day of my Wii Fit Plus program and do a minimum of 30 minutes everyday first thing in the morning, walk a couple miles in my neighborhood with my furked & then challenge hubby in table tennis, golf or bowling after dinner.
It's really fun if you are already a gamer and like to make it to the advanced levels for each game (which I will never do). lol
Edit: I picked the wrong option in the poll (5-30 minutes) please change my vote to 4 hours a week. :eyebrow:
I bet a few more are now doing some for of exercise, normally the amount of people shoots up in January.

After sitting for long hours at the keyboard I think it's very healthy to get your blood circulating. When healthy I run at least 5 miles 3 or 4 times a week, a couple of half hour stationary bike rides, and a maybe 5 miles of walking a week. Unfortunately orthopedic type injuries seem to conspire to limit my exercise.
That's true Shaun since so many Americans are in the 'obese' range now days.
That reminds me that we have a full gym in the basement that I've not used in like a year. It has a bowflex, threadmill, bike and other stuff. Hubby has kind of pushed it to the side to do his projects (since the basement is 'his' spot) so I will have to do with less room now this time around. hehe
Robin doesn't allow me to get out of my chair!!!! [-X
That's right and don't forget it. hehe
For the past 13 days i do 30 minutes on a stationary bike, before that if you count walking to the bathroom then minutes a day lol.Seriously though Once i get my other knee fixed I will get more serious with losing weight and getting in shape. You see these photos of the skinny people with the fat pants?Well I am now the fat person with the skinny jeans, makes me sick to think of how much weight i put on since I took this web job lol.
LOL I hear ya Judy! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and need surgery on my right wrist very soon so i'm trying to get in as much as I can before because I've vowed to be a 'skinny bitch' by summer! hehe :joy: I've always been full figured and not cared until I hit 49 last year! :D
I hope all goes well with your knee. :)
Well I started boxing on Monday and just went at lunch today...
Gotta say I have the shakes.. my arms are killing me and so are my abs..
It feels awesome!
I do keyboard strokes 12 hours/days. Love biking without snow about 3 hours/day. Recently took up ice skating because my son got skates for Christmas. I was hurting for a good week. Other than that I just spin around in my office chair.
The doctor says I'm in very good shape. Likely could do more but what? I need something that really gets my heart going.

Nobody is taking into consideration time and energy spent in love making exercises:rockon:
Not enough. February going to 2 hour a day workouts. Takes a lot for me to loose weight.
Most of my exercise comes from when I raise my power fork to my mouth......
Australia overtook USA as the fattest nation in the world a while back.
I find that if I don't get out for a run or a workout and force myself to do more work... then I hardly get anything done anyway.
