Being a triathlete is pretty hardcore more like a lifestyle than a hobby.

    Sound slike you enjoy it.

I would not want to bore you all with a schedule which I try to follow, but i would advise to all to do some kind of exercise...........Healthy Body = Healthy Mind.

Playing some soccer with friends one or two times a week. It's cool! Unfortunately not time for any more physical exercise.

I got a Wii after Thanksgiving vacation and now I'm on my 48th day of my Wii Fit Plus program and do a minimum of 30 minutes everyday first thing in the morning, walk a couple miles in my neighborhood with my furked & then challenge hubby in table tennis, golf or bowling after dinner.

It's really fun if you are already a gamer and like to make it to the advanced levels for each game (which I will never do). lol

Edit: I picked the wrong option in the poll (5-30 minutes) please change my vote to 4 hours a week.

    Default Trying to Exercise

After sitting for long hours at the keyboard I think it's very healthy to get your blood circulating. When healthy I run at least 5 miles 3 or 4 times a week, a couple of half hour stationary bike rides, and a maybe 5 miles of walking a week. Unfortunately orthopedic type injuries seem to conspire to limit my exercise.

Either way that is still pretty good and a lot more than some people do.

That reminds me that we have a full gym in the basement that I've not used in like a year. It has a bowflex, threadmill, bike and other stuff. Hubby has kind of pushed it to the side to do his projects (since the basement is 'his' spot) so I will have to do with less room now this time around. hehe

LOL I hear ya Judy! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and need surgery on my right wrist very soon so i'm trying to get in as much as I can before because I've vowed to be a 'skinny bitch' by summer! hehe I've always been full figured and not cared until I hit 49 last year!

I hope all goes well with your knee.

I do keyboard strokes 12 hours/days. Love biking without snow about 3 hours/day. Recently took up ice skating because my son got skates for Christmas. I was hurting for a good week. Other than that I just spin around in my office chair.

The doctor says I'm in very good shape. Likely could do more but what? I need something that really gets my heart going.

Unfortunately that doesn't happen very often when you and your partner live in different states...

Glad to see you're getting it on though Nandakishore..
Maybe you can do it for the both of us

Not enough. February going to 2 hour a day workouts. Takes a lot for me to loose weight.

Australia overtook USA as the fattest nation in the world a while back.

I find that if I don't get out for a run or a workout and force myself to do more work... then I hardly get anything done anyway.

It would be too much of exercise at my age. How many hours 'exercise' per week will that be?
