    Default How Do People Spam?

So I have written about this before, but there is someone or a group of people adding links to blogs and linking back to my one website. They are finding other websites on the Internet and leaving a comment to articles posted and in their signature linking back to my website. They use one of two text variants, "Online Casinos" or "USA Online Casinos", so it looks like I am building links with those keywords.

It did work at first as I saw rankings slip dramatically, but after now keeping up with it and adding all the websites to my disavow file via LRT, I have seen rankings come back.

So, I am wondering how they really accomplish this? They have added thousands of links and I cant believe someone is actually doing it manually. Is there software that will do this for you? I am just curious how someone would have the time to do this if they were doing it manually. I would love to return the favor to them as I am 90% certain I know who it is, but I am not taking the time to do that unless there is a way to do it automatically. And of course I wouldn't do it until I am certain I do know who in fact is doing it.

On a side note, if anyone else is having the same issue and the keywords are (USA - Online - Casinos - Casino - US) or something very similar, PM me if you could. Especially if you have tried to figure out who is doing it. Maybe we could compare notes and see what we come up with.

    Thanks for any help,

    Travis

Two ways.. automated software that drops backlinks in open comments 2nd is lowly paid workers "$5 per day earners" that manually build profiles and spam... I wouldn't waste your time trying to take revenge just keep building good content you will be fine, I get it quite a lot but what i have noticed is 75% of built links "web 2.0 profiles" are nofollow anyhow which seems to be the trend now..

Xrumer, zennoposter... tools like that. But there is no need to waste money buying that. You can buy millions of "SEO links" at fiverr for 5 bucks if you want your revenge so badly.

Normally, spammers use automated software that allows them to post a link with a click of a button. I remember when I owned a forum, people were just spamming it constantly and I couldn't stop it.
