I've really been digging the Divi or Extra theme by Elegant Themes. It's not a casino related theme out of the box but is very customizable. Just a thought if you don't find what you like

A lot of people seem to be using Divi to create casino aff sites. I think its a great theme if you want a high level of customizability.

Gotta laugh about the poker online one at wpfreeware...it is so logical to use dice as the only images to present poker....
None of the templates posted there are theirs, just republished so be sure to verify you use them in accordance with their licensing.

You can use any free theme by simply connecting a plugin for tables building to it, for example, you can try Ninja Tables.

True, but most people using a table's plugin aren't coders, so it's a moot point.
