For us upside down people, compared to the rest of ya, yesterday was the shortest day. That means, as from today, the sun will start to set later and later and the days will get warmer and warmer.

Amy, you do not know what winter is if you think it's cold here. I keep telling my friends back home that I'm in shorts and a t-shirt and running and swimming at the beach. By the way, did you see me wave as I drove past your offices yesterday?

I'm off to Dubai at the end of next week which should be nice and warm!

I did have a laugh yesterday watching the tennis at Wimbledon. People wearing jackets and scarves. Gotta love the UK summer!

I hear you James but for someone like me who has lived all my life here, trust me, the winters feel pretty cold. Glad that you are enjoying the weather though. And if you saw where the office is you can understand how windy it can get - one could be blow away

There is no such thing as too hot for me. I'd take 40C every day of the year over the cold anytime.

I am so old man, I just sat outside in the sun on the back porch, well under the clothesline for 15 mins in the sun to warm myself up and get the blood circulating.

When I build my house, I am going to have retractable sliding glass roofs in some parts of the house. That would be awesome.
