Paddy Power Odds Feed techie question?

Hi,

Has anyone any experience of Paddy Powers odds feed.

Ive applied for it and been accepted but the technical contact they have given me seems less than useless and takes weeks to get back to me.

She has asked for my IP address so that she can give me access to the feed but I have told her repeatedly that I will be accessing the feed from my server and not directly from my computer but she seems unable to comprehend this and keeps asking me to try logging into the feed using my browser.

As such she keeps asking me to give her my computers IP address but this will be useless as my ISP changes it regularly so I would constantly need to update it with them.

My aim is to download the XML file to my server at set time periods and then I can process the file to get the odds I need to display on my site.

Can anyone tell me if they have successfully used this feed? if so what authentication method have you used? Im trying to use cURL

Id use William Hills feed but that is just incomplete and doesnt cater for over half of the bets they actually offer.

If no-one can help can anyone recommend any good consistent feeds that I could use instead?

Odds comparison will be a portion of my site yes but unfortunately its the one part Im having trouble with. The main premise of it is that you get your odds feeds from the bookies in an RSS or XML format then from the feeds you need to extract the odds into your own database.

Once you have the odds in a database its a simple procedure to compare them against each other.

the problems Im having are finding a consistent feed that covers all of the odds and types of bet Im displaying on my site. the other problem is then interpreting the feeds and reading the odds into my database. I've cracked the William Hill Feed but it just doesn't cover the bets that Im comparing on my site which is crazy as the William Hill website caters for all of them.
