that is a really broad question.
depends on who is your target market.
obviously, you will never rank for "online casino"
if you want fast results, go target narrow and long tail keywords with low-to-medium volume. Or upcoming volume trends - they are usually less competitive.
With some research you can find 100s of good keywords, you just need to put some time and creative thinking in.

I simply write content and use appropriate keyword to describe the content.
