I use a RSS feed from http://www.gamblux.com/rss/gamblingNews.xml
I've placed it on my subpage http://www.WagerX.com/news/news.asp
#1 good content that members of WagerX.com would like to read, #2 great for SEO.
OR I've make an RSS feed you may want to use as well. http://www.wagerx.com/articles/rss.xml I usually place information about playing, baccarat, blackjack, etc..
Cheers!

I use Google RSS feeds on my website and just check the news from there.
I think you're best off going with RSS as you can just have it delieverd to you each day and not need to visit a site for it.
