CPAYS Changes Terms Completely

I'm more frustrated than a legless Ethiopian watchin' a donut roll down a hill.

CPays has changed their terms... and the funny part is they responded to a thread about negative carryover here right after the damn terms changed (and, yes, the negative carryover portion changed as well) PLUS - the date on their terms still says:

LAST UPDATED: 07 January, 2008

A lot has changed... too much for us even to analyze without completely analyzing the whole thing.
