I think they are taking the correct path to look into this and it is not a problem that can be fixed instantly. If it turns out it has affected game play then all deposits used on the specific games that are faulty with the jackpot should be returned to players. Keep note of all the games it done this on and hopefully screenshots too.

I doubt this affects gameplay as the update would be separate to the RNG that generates the wins. I assume it caught up with itself when you exited and re-entered the game, but it might be difficult to tell? If it didn't then there are percentage issues, as the percentage taken for the pot would be disappearing.

I shortened my post because I didn't realize how long it was.

If the random numbers arent updating, then how can one be confident that there is a shot to win it? It is still running,yes. But not while playing the game which leads me to believe it is not active while playing if that makes sense. To me, it isn't likely and there is no question it is faulty.

Yes, it's clearly faulty and any lack of confidence in a casinos integrity is very bad for business. Once a player has left, it is very very unlikely they will ever return.
I would assume that the RNG runs separately to the updating of the pot, but would I bet on that? No, I'd just find a casino where their games actually worked, or fixed them or took them out of service if a noticeable error was spotted and reported.

Well I am gonna go out on a limb here and wonder if this is an issue due to java changes the past few weeks.

There have been a number of big changes in java, plugins as well as the way in which browsers and systems interpret java code and java scripts so it could be related....

I thought it was my end at first but the csr comfirmed it. Some games are still fine and others are not.

Sounds to me like they are doing everything they can? What did you expect for her to credit you the jackpot? I do not think they are being Unethical. technology fails sometimes.

If technology is failing then fix it or remove the game(s) for now. Can you guarentee players they have a fair shot at the jackpot? Until it's resolved it is unethical in my book. Once it is fixed, move the thread. I don't care but a warning is warranted.

What I expect is it to be fixed and an explaination which it's still not fixed as I just checked and jackpots are still not updating.

hopefully, its just cosmetic and the software is keeping track of the jackpot.

I know this, I was playing one of the free flash games a few days ago and hit the random jackpot, shocked the hell out of me, didn't even think that was possible in the free flash games. then it said "disconnected by admin".

As a matter of fact that "disconnected by admin" happened a couple times when I was having a stellar session, then over at CM I read a real player post that it happened to them.

coming up on a year since I played online with real money.
