Introducing tablrr - the Central Hub for Affiliate Listing Management

For the last few months, I've been building a tool specifically to solve one of the biggest headaches affiliates all face: manually updating the same casino or sportsbook data across multiple affiliate websites. If you manage a network of sites, you know how time-consuming and error-prone this process is.

Today, I'm excited to announce the launch of tabllr.app - a centralized platform designed for affiliate marketers.

tabllr lets you add your operator data (casinos, sportsbooks, etc.) just once to a central dashboard. You build your tables/listings there, and then you use the WordPress plugin or API to sync them instantly to all your sites. I've been busy making it even easier to use. Here is what's new:

- Auto-Sync: I've simplified the entire workflow. Once you verify your website, tablrr handles the setup automatically, no need for manual configuration.
- Structured Data: Listings now include built-in Schema.org markup.
- Layouts: I've added a new "Premium Table" layout, you can check it out on the demo page.
- Custom Fields: You can now define your own custom fields for any operator, giving you total control over what data you display.

I've been also working on some import tools to help you with data migration, get in touch if you're need help with data import.

They can be the same, but they don't have to be.

Most people want the data to be the same. If a brand changes its logo or a fact changes, you update it once and all 6 sites fix themselves automatically.

If you want Site #6 to have a different bonus, you don't have to change your main data. Simply create a custom field, add your "new bonus", and in the listing for that website, use the "new bonus" value instead of the standard one.

The promise of tablrr is to sync your data from a single dashboard to every connected website, it's up to you how you manage them. You can share 100% of the data across all sites and still be able to change the specific bonuses or links for each individual site whenever you need to.

I've just added a dedicated Analytics Dashboard to tablrr.

Quick update on the latest features I've rolled out for tablrr to help with SEO and site management.


SEO & Structured Data Improvements

I've updated the listing structured data to be more robust. Instead of a nested ItemList, we now use a flat @graph array of Product items. This is a much cleaner way to present multiple offers to Google and helps avoid "ListItem" errors in Search Console.


New Organization Tools:


- Operator Tags: You can now tag operators and listings to keep your backend organized as you scale.
- Specific Custom Fields: You can now define fields (like "Max Bonus" or "License") to only appear for specific types (e.g., only for Casinos, not Sportsbooks).
- Custom CTA Links: If you have a specific landing page for one offer that differs from your global affiliate link, you can now override it at the listing level.

Grid #2 Premium Layout

I've also added a new premium grid layout (Grid #2). It’s built to be fully responsive and clean, making it easier for users to scan multiple offers quickly.




For the Developers:


The Operators API is now live. You can pull your operator data directly via new endpoints to use in your own custom setups. Sync not only listings, but all your data across your network.


The WordPress plugin has also been updated (v1.2.1) to support these changes and includes a toggle to disable schema per-shortcode if needed.

Other New Features:

New Visual Layouts: I have added 2 new templates - a Table and a Grid view - more flexibility in how your data is presented.

Translations: You can now translate your operator fields directly within the app, making it much easier to manage localized listings for different region.

Sample Data: To make testing easier, the dashboard now includes a "Load Sample Data" button. It imports a full set of operators, creates listings and publishes pages so you can see exactly how the workflow feels - all in under a minute.
