I would love to know a few things:
Lets say i have built a great site with good contents and graphics, hosted it in Costa Rica and all is ready to use.
Now, people from a country that can only use u kash money (because there is no Alternatives for them) wants to play, can they play? (is it something common or i need To really dig to find a special affiliate program for it?)
How can they get their winnings?
How can i As an affiliate earn my commission?
Can the u kash cards be trackable? (or they just has to enter the digits from my site?)
