WARNING - M88 Partners – June, July Payments Missing (RESOLVED)

Hi everyone,

Posting here to see if anyone else is dealing with issues with M88 Partners lately.

We're a mid-to-large affiliate — over 7,000 players referred — and we haven't received our June or July commissions. Per their terms, payments should be made within 15 days of month-end, which means both months are now significantly overdue.

What makes this more frustrating:

• Three weeks of follow-ups with no meaningful response
• No personal account manager assigned to us..
• Support replies feel automated — one email I received literally started with the word "Copilot", which says it all..

We're genuinely stressed about this and just want to speak with an actual person from their affiliate team. Please get in touch with me.
Has anyone else experienced payment delays or communication issues with M88 Partners recently? Any advice on how to escalate or reach a real contact there would be hugely appreciated.

Quick update for everyone who saw my previous post
After a prolonged wait, the payment has finally come through.
It took way longer than it should have, but we got there in the end. Hoping this is a sign that things are moving in the right direction on their end.

Recently, we had a situation with this program where we needed to update our email address. While recognizing the need for security and KYC the requirements were excessive and over the top including video screenshots of being logged into our account.

Not worth the hassle.

Delayed payments are never a good sign.

Were they made aware you had posted them publicly before they paid you? Do you think that helped?

Looks like your forum post got to them. There really no excuse for such incompetence. I'm guessing they are looking to shut up shop. Cos the mere fact that they couldn't provide you with an account manager is mighty weird.
