Interesting development... wonder what happened with these guys.
I guess they did not reach the promissed targets and heads rolled...

They sold more stock to raise money a few months ago. Maybe that didn't woirk out the way the expected.
by shafting the affiliates they have done more damage than they expect.

How can you run an online casino and not be tech savvy enough to keep track of the affiliate end? What am I missing?

Sounds like Smart Live is going to do the right thing. We will have to keep on eye on it.

This is definately a good move, and good news.
However, I would like to suggest that perhaps concern could have been significantly reduced if the initial e-mail had said "accounts will be suspended" rather than "accounts will be closed", and had said "suspend the affiliate program" rather than "call a halt to our affiliate program". An additional line re-assuring affiliates that they'd have continued to earn and wouldn't loose signups wouldn't have gone amiss either!
A quick check before sending the e-mail, and a couple of small changes would have stopped a lot of panic.
Thanks for the clarification, but I'll wait before reloading any banners once the program starts again just to make sure everythings working.
