Owner of casino.net.za Stealing Content

I noticed a link from xxhttp://casino.net.za to one of my sites in GWT. When I investigated I noticed that a comparison table had been copied from my home page directly to their home page with all the original url's intact. They didn't even bother to change my aff code urls.There are other tables from other sites that have been copied as well.

It appears that this thief is an obvious newbie but maybe that is their intention in trying to deceive us of their true intentions. Why would a newbie hide behind domain privacy. They are also using Cloudflare which I doubt a newbie would know how to organise.

As I can't trace their hosting provider I have sent a contact message via the privacy company's contact form: https://domainisprivate.com/contact-form/https://domainisprivate.com/contact-form/

I have also notified Cloudflare of this copyright infringement via their form: https://www.cloudflare.com/abuse/form.

Best looking site I have seen in years.. I must meet his designer, just file a dmca, its pretty quick and dont tell him, perhaps you will get some biz from the links , im sure his next move is $5 for 50,000 visitor traffic to see if he can convert

Cloudflare have come back to me saying they have forwarded my request onto the hosting company concerned. I also sent Web Africa an email.

Some host companies use Cloudflare by default, he is definatly just starting out in the online world he is probably hoping the EMD will pull all the traffic.. a DMCA will make sure none of the pages ever rank again took me 2 weeks after filing complaint to get them removed.. by far the easiest route

I finally got my copied comparison table removed from this persons site with the help of the ISPA.

This person does not get that what they did was wrong. The xxttp://casino.net.za Team (lol) sent me this email.

Should you have written the code, you will have to prove it, and if so, why them use table press?

According to IPSA, you have, as is your right informed me of your perceived infringement, and pages removed, so what further legal action, is up to you, but i cannot see it going anywhere as the matter has now been corrected.. ALL correspondence is also being cc'd to cloudfare as well as webafrica and i will forward to your hosting company as well. Like you, i too can amend, rezise and reword the bonus, links and info, reviews for certain casinos etc, so as the site is only going to launch in May, I really cannot understand all the fuss, as remedial action has been taken. The onus is on YOU to prove that the content on your site IS 100% original and indeed yours solely, so as per simple content / plagiarism searches by independent websites, much 'seemed' not to be.

Anyhow, off to fetch kids and will revert as soon as last three pages down as i can only be back home at +- 9 pm tonight. I am glad you are flattered about the content used, but it is no dissimilar to most ZA based casino sites, and please just understand that in developing a portal site, you throw in everything, see how it works or does not, and work from there to make. it really was NOT anything personal, and having perused about 700 other ZA and international sites rest assured, that 'your' information was not and will not be in my site, nor a key element of our future development.

ALL the casinos you refer and are an affiliate to, are there as an OPEN market, and that it how this business works. Once again for YOUR protection review who you ARE promoting as some just seem to be dodgy for various reasons. I trust this matter is now resolved, and just as you do not like having words like theft, stolen thrown at you, nor do i, and within that context, i hope and trust that we can all learn from this and move on. I really have no real issue with you, and at the end of the day of ALL the info / testing / info put on you are the ONLY person to object. Other sites and affiliates seems to gladly leave it as be as THEY get the affiliate/ CPA commission for now, so like me doing their work
