Sites that use the GamTrak brand

[GamTrak]

Found another scumbag site using my brand in their URL.

Now that GamTrak has a pending trademark I'm going to list folks here that are out to steal my traffic and put them on MY HIT list to pass to my attorney and go after them all at once.

Anyone one know this crook?

Not sure how to handle this one - http://gamtrakpoker.com/

Casino Blasters created this for a poker skin, but took all my players and everthing BACK after 2006 and now this person has the domain.

I recently registered gamtrakpokerblog.com just to get traffic from the site.

I recognize the template for the h45 one. That person has been doing that for years.

I did some spot checks and it appears the links are live.

One time I caught a site with a template that looks like that, that had links to the sites, but then every single live link was a 404.....

Scumbags.

Thanks Rick. I think if we all report to google it should take care of that one?

For this one..

There is a public tracker on the bottom that tracks XXhttp://www.cypee.com/. The traffic looks like it's a porn site.

[universal4]

Simple Mojo.

Tagfetcher exists solely to scrape search engines and domain name lists to scrape a small tidbit of content to store in a database and republish in hopes of ranking on thousands and thousands of terms so they can generate a bit of traffic and clicks-thrus on pay-per-click ads.

That is it, no real content of their own and all machine generated and scrapped content.

These types of websites are a true scourge of the internet and it is one of the reasons why the engines have to constantly change their algos.

Simply getting the website owners to remove the little tidbits of info once found is never enough....

Only working towards getting the sites shut down, or at least banned in the engines will ever be effective....and that only to a degree because most times owners just start another domain and do it again.

We have seen this time and time again.....

No kidding! I had to go take a time out because I'm NOT a happy camper this morning.

This is just totally out of control and I"m pissed.

Tagfetcher?

I need more coffee, I'm about to say bad words.

Thank you both for the added information. I'm going to take time to handle each of these clowns very soon.

I got them a ton of poker players and then they TAKE them along with my income and don't even bother to offer me the friggen domain?

I'll take care of addressing THEM/Golden Palace on another day about aquiring this domain and continuing using my brand after stealing my players. Shouldn't be to hard to handle this one since it's a Virgina location!

This is going to be the FIRST scumbag I go after! I hate blackhatters mixing my gambling site with porn!

Thanks Rick. I think if we all report to google it should take care of that one?

[Anthony]

I have not doubt you will get them Robin!

[GamblersHeaven]

The top10casinoguide.com has all of my sites up including several that have nothing at all on them. It appears that he has every website online on his site. I looked for several sites and I found every one on his site. I couldn't find a site he didn't have on there. I really don't see the point in putting up an empty website but I really don't see the point in any of it. His entire site is made up of others meta information and screenshots. A real class act.

[Chalkie]

I mentioned earlier, however, obviously not clearly enough lol

seems there is some kind of script running on there

whatever site you add after his address will appear on a page there.

For example, i have just done:

xhttp://www.top10casinoguide.com/casino-guide/www.fulltilt.com

it is there, however, no picture, it says snapshot queued, now i bet a pound to a penny it will have the picture by tommorrow!

Every time you check a site there it will appear there so in my mind i would not check any of yours anymore or they will end up being there when they originally were not.

For instance i just did a search for the domain with jackdaniels.com after it and it did not show up, however, when i add it after the url in question it now does.

Is what i am saying ringing true or am i way off the mark?
