American facing brands?

Hi,
Does anyone know which of Betting Partners brands except American players? Is there a list somewhere that shows all the excepted countries?
Do they have a world-wide facing brand? For example, Slots.lv doesn't except British players, but I think they can except some of America, so it gets confusing.

Bovada and Slots.lv are the US facing brands iirc.

Both Bovada and Slots doesn't accept players from New York and Maryland.

Bovada.lv (Sports Betting (Mobile Friendly), Casino (Mobile Friendly), Poker) - USA ONLY with the exception of the following states: New York and Maryland.

Bodog.eu (Sports Betting (Mobile Friendly), Casino (Mobile Friendly), Poker) - CANADA ONLY

SLOTS.LV (Stand Alone Casino - Mobile Friendly) - CANADA and USA - with the exception of the following states: New York and Maryland.
