IGT Partners shuts up shop, I can see this happening more and more in the future.

I joined their affiliate program back in June, I think.

They told me then that they were closing ALL brands apart from LadyLucks.

Looks like they decided to ditch them all.

Received the e-mail this morning announcing they will be closing all casino brands that include LadyLucks, MoobileGames, EliteMobileCasino, TouchMyBingo and VeryVegas on November 27^th. Effective today they will no longer be accepting new players and as of September 13^th no longer accepting deposits. All players will have until November 27^th to withdraw funds.

Affiliates are asked to immediately to remove all tracking links, free bonus codes. All deposit bonus codes expire September 13. Last IGTpartners payments will be made in December.

With so many "markets" on their ban list, no program/casino can possibly make nor grow it into a successful business. They're behind the 8-ball before they even commence trading

Be sure of that. Regulation of online gambling simply costs money. It will make it more expensive to run your business. Also, regulated markets will saturate.

It's interesting for the big players and some local heroes. Some smart cherry pickers might be able to pick a part of the cake in some countries. And because canalization will never be 100% there will always be some black market.

But it will be game over for smaller players that are not having a decent share in any market, but just try to pick up everywhere what they can without any focus, without any budget to increase and without a product that makes the difference.

Put that together with a lot of fortune seekers and underfunded casinos/programs...

That's why I don't throw up every new program that prouts up. Instead, I enforce a 2 year rule. This way I'll know if they screw players, or myself. Or in the IGT case, don't close shop!

In general be very aware with programs that are suddenly very active at conferences, forums, etc. Usually, it's some kind of kamikaze-tactic. Or they close or they become crappy in their behaviour.

Lol, MoobileGames. That does sound very unusual to me. It also doesn't sound very professional to me. It sounds more like an adult themed website than anything else for that matter.
