Videoslots.com payment always delay

Hi,

I just signed up as affiliate with videoslots.com about 2 months ago and as per their t&c payments are supposed to be made by them every month on the 7th. However, i find it surprising that a site which pays player winnings as fast as they do will take this long to pay their affiliate partners.

I mean if it says the 7th, I would expect payment no later than the 8th of the month. Just wondering if your earning are paid on time as they advertised.

For the month of June, instead of getting paid on the 7th of July, it did not get processed and approved till July 19th! -> 12 day almost 2 week delay against their terms on this day and age is just not acceptable!

As for the month of July, payments is still pending when it should have been paid 3 days ago.

Are we supposed to accept this as normal when they are clearly breaching their own terms repetitively without any type of announcement or a reason of why this happening?

It says a lot about a casino when it continuously delays its payment and even worst, to believe that it is okay to pay affiliates late without offering a reason. On time payment should be a casino's number 1 priority! What good are they if they are not able to make agreed payment on time and decide to be silent about this?

Then you played the Nazi card.
Then the race card.
Because this insane rampage was not enough, you started to attack other programs - also here on GPWA - with a global statement and now, as a final result of a probably mental disorder, you take revenge for a justified criticism from Miles, who is - on the contrary to others - a real and good guy.

This is not only proof, that you in reality don't care about any advise from your forum colleagues.

Just to clarify we have not stipulated a date or time frame on our T & C as to when we finalize payment during the month.

We try and pay as fast and as effectively as possible.

We don't set a date as we don't want to have unrealistic expectations that we may or may not meet if we say we can pay or will pay by the 7th and we miss it for whatever reasons then there is an issue that we want to avoid ..

Things happen that are unforeseen and this can cause delays so we don't want to have that situation . As long as we pay our affiliates in a correct manner and during the correct period we feel we are being fair and honoring our commitments.

We could be faster yes and we may sometimes surprise you by doing so but for now, it is a case of we pay every month, always one month in arrears

We Always pay and have never reneged on payments unless there was a valid reason Fraud etc

We have never stipulated a date nor have we missed any affiliate payments ever?

So thanks for your 2 cents but here is some change before you post a reply make sure you know what you're referring too.

The affiliate was asking why we pay Late and in reality, We DO NOT PAY LATE we pay one month in arrears always .. so we are on time every month and our affiliates do get paid every single month!

100% Correct BUT we do try to pay these sooner most times we do it between the 15th and 20th but we can't say for sure that this is the case every month and this is why we don't stipulate an exact date. Sometimes we even surprise affiliates and its done sooner. The fact is we do Pay.

We are also looking at other smaller issues and these will be rectified over time also.

No Time plan, We have our Office there now and our product is getting finalized but we have to finish our Danish Licence first
