Mozzartbet not paying and not responding (RESOLVED)

Hi all,

Sharing to see if anyone has a similar experience and to give people a heads-up.
I've had some commission on my Mozzartbet affiliate account (it wasn't a lot, probably 2x the minimum amount they claim they pay out) and I requested a payout.

They've asked to create an invoice, which I did as per their instructions. Then they went into a loop of asking me to change bits in the invoice. After 3 different attempts, they said the invoice is ok.

Then for 4 weeks they were claiming that they are "trying" to make the payment, but they are failing to process it. Whatever that means.
Finally, they just said that, ok from now on your we've raised the minimum payout amount, so you won't get paid.
That said, while doing all of the above, they also messed up my stats and earnings, making it impossible to see how much is actually on the aff account now.
And, of course, the cherry on top is - they stopped responding when I raised the issues with messed up earnings data.


p.s. they haven't stopped responding because I was rude or pushy, I've always been very formal and professional when communicating with them.

Just to close the thread, the whole thing with mozzartbet got sorted eventually and they completed the payment
