The home page is basically a list of 'best' casinos. Drop them all. Pretty much drop everything on it. Make the page explain what 'talking casinos' is going to do for visitors. Overall. Not just to give them a list of casinos (which they'll almost exclusively ignore). You can cleverly direct them to a page (or pages) of 'best' casinos if you structure the page well enough.
If you're going to have best UK/US casinos, why not India, NZ, Canadian, Australian etc (I probably know why not...and there are valid reasons... but if you're 'talking casinos', then arguably you should be talking about all aspects of casinos, and not just those that might suit your immediate/chosen purpose)
Unless you have proof otherwise (ie you get conversions from them), I'd drop those banner farm images from the bottom of each page. Even if you do get the odd clickthrough, I'd say still drop them. They don't look good, are almost certainly doing nothing other than making the site look outdated and slightly spammy (to a point)
You have a lot of content pages (as seen in the mega menu) which on first glance suggests a fairly deep site. Certainly there's a structure there which seems to be heading the right way. But....(on the handful of pages I looked at, and I think they're all the same)...the content isn't strong/deep enough. It's better than a lot of others, but not deep enough to compete/encourage a visitor to read/learn from (and hence ultimately to click on a CTA). So...expand on the content, break it down into relevant H2s, 3s, FAQs, etc to avoid the current wall of text feel. They need to be able to scan, and read deeper on what interests them.
That's all fairly basic stuff...but if you don't sort these out.....getting to the more complex stuff is probably not going to help (unless you already have good rankings or an alternative traffic generating strategy and are pulling traffic that for whatever reason doesn't convert.
So...improve what you are presenting....hopefully improve incoming traffic levels from that effort....and then (or alongside) you can improve your CTAs so they fit in with the need and intent of the visitors that are hitting pages.
Subjective...but I don't think the tables you are currently using as CTAs are presented/designed well enough. Take a look at some of the big US casino sites for some ideas.

Chaumi wrote a really great comment! And there are lost of important things you have to pay attention to.
I would say you need more traffic. I think it's a least 500-1000 visitors per month to convert it to FDPs.
But overall about the website:
- before the casino table add some content and overall optimize your HP (make a longread), now the content is very poor;
- select 5 casinos and add them to main menu;
- add some content to main target pages: online-casinos, casino-games and etc. Players must have something to read;
Good luck with your website!

Chaumi makes some great suggestions, and I agree with most of them.
The homepage definitely needs... something. Information about the site, your credibility, etc. And again, as chaumi says, this is a great opportunity to link to your good pages, from within this text. You can use direct match anchors here for the keywords you really think you can compete on... homepage links with good anchor text will help you rank IMHO. And to get more customers.
I would keep the casino links on the homepage, but move them much further down, and I would absolutely kill off those flashing banner ads, as they are spammy looking

You should make your logo "Talking Casinos" bigger than that and your banner image for Las Vegas USA Casino is too small and it's very hard to read. This is the same issue for all of your other listed casinos that follow suit when I click on them to expand the information to view what they're all about.
Whenever you add any new casinos, you can always consider adding the words "New casino" and you can also add a pair of "looking eyes" to indicate to your readers that they should really visit the casino and see what it has available on hand to offer.
I believe that you can continue to expand on your list for the accepted countries by online casinos in your menu as you've only got 6 countries displaying.
Best of luck with your site.

Hi Talking casinos
I’m not sure we can help you with site improvements, but we can help you differentiate from other casino affiliate sites by offering an alternative in a highly lucrative and huge sector, lottery.
If you’d like to know more, feel free to take a look at https://www.cryptomillionslotto.com/Affiliates.
Message me if you’d like a chat.

Hey Talking Casinos
Before I got in gaming niche I did a lot of affiliate marketing for Clickbank products. And in that market sales pitch is everything. You won't get a sale if you just throw the product at your visitors, even if they came searching for that EXACT product. You must convince them why that product is the right thing for them. So, a little pre-selling on homepage and on inner pages will do miracles. Take look at Clickbank products and their sales pitches to get a general idea.
Good luck

Forget clickbank products, except for the rare one-off sale of a RELATED product that somewhat matches the theme of the site maybe.
The end product for a gambling affiliate, is recommending gambling websites, where players can sign up and gamble, although rarely they might buy a book or a scam "system" on a clickbank link, ultimately visitors will most likely be looking for casinos, bingo rooms, bookies and poker rooms to play.
Related products certainly could be lottery related.

I said nothing about Clickbank offer quality, or the traffic quality. I just think some pre-sell text might be good for conversions. Cheers
A lot already has been mentioned. However, I would first remove the image with dice and work on the site background image. They both make your site looking "cheap". Once it's done, i would add the top 3 casinos right at the top just above your casino table. And certainly would get rid of those flashy banners. Instead, i would create a block with an image (or 1 of those banners), headline, and text telling that this is our favourite casino where we usually play.

You got some great advice above from some knowledgeable people and it would be a good idea for anyone to heed it (including me). It really is worth $$$$$ and you got here for free.
The only thing that I would expand upon is the idea that you should separate yourself from the pack and avoid a cookie-cutter type review site which tries to be, or wants to appear to be, a one stop shop for everything gambling related for those two huge markets.
I know we all have to start somewhere, but you should always keep in mind why anybody should listen to you. Is it your knowledge, is it a click baiting type inquisitive headline, does it answer a question or a query, or does it even ask a question they may have never thought of before. There are a lot of topics but none of them seem to have much ‘oomph’.
Merely slapping up some banners and suggestions does not cut it anymore.
I do like your blog area the best because it seems to be where your most in depth content is located. I guess that is where most of your traffic comes from. But the sidebar comparison does not fit in the space alotted.

This is exactly what I do not like about GPWA among other things (the site shilling for a backlink and so on) At no point in my life at nearly 20 years in the business would I need to come to the GPWA and ask for advice on my website (not "me" a 2002 account) Yes of course 20 years+ in the business and you are asking this?
You are not getting any conversions because you dont have a site worthy enough to take business away from anyone else.. UI is old style blog with tons of tiny text all crammed on the same line.. the quality of text is boring and doesnt scream click me..
it's boring looking mundane and deserves to be where it is people telling you to resize images lol... scrap the site and start again but put some effort into it.. too many peope think they can just throw up a top casino site and add backlinks and the millions start pouring in.. if you really want to know what works just look at the top 10 for the best keywords and thats who you have to beat
So did you try to do something suggested above already? Did you notice any changes?
Your domain is nice, you should definitely do more with it. I clicked on a handful of pages and they are way to light in content. Get a few writers, outsourced from whatever location you fancy, and fill these skinny pages up with relevant information. THere's no point churning out URLs if they have nothing valuable on them.
