    Exclamation Gaming1 - Circus.be deal changes

    To whom this may concern (Affiliates that are targeting Belgium) this arrived few days ago:


    Hi Partner

    GAMING1 affiliates would like to inform all Circus.be affiliates about the below changes happening as of 1st of November 2022.
    1. All affiliates who in November deliver 0 FTD will be switched to 15% fixed Revenue Share in December. Same rule will be applied for the following months.


    1. All affiliates who in November deliver 1-3 FTDs will be switched to 25% Revenue Share in December. Same rule will be applied for the following months.


    1. Affiliates who deliver 4 and more FTDs per month will maintain their original/existing reward plan.

    Terms and conditions will be changed accordingly and you will be prompted to accept new Terms & Conditions upon your first signing in from 1st of November.As always, please reach to us through affiliates@gaming1.com or reply here if you have any queries.Thanks and regards

    Good question.. I dont know so I contacted them to ask if we can keep the initial agreed deal, after all we had an agreement before we started and now they are kind of leaving us no choice which is completely unfair... lets see what the manager will reply

    I think there isn't option to not agree, this is they new standard deal for everyone They write fact and that's all, but if you give good amount of players always is option to speak with affiliate manager for individual deal. Its all depends of relationship with affiliate manager vs affiliate.

    I agree. Affiliates always need to know the risks in every deal they are considering taking forward.

    Nonetheless I would advise to speak with your Aff manager, there is always room to get individuals deals on place

    Affiliates rely on TRUST. Programs who think it's OK to renege on deals, are crooks!

    I certainly wouldn't trust making a "deal", how can you TRUST a program who steals from their affiliates...

    I coudn't do any deal with them, and I tried so many times (not only with Circus.be btw) they always say the same that their hands are tide..
