Earnings Report Not Working

My earnings report has been showing "No Results" for the last couple of days.

Hi,

We've been working on our system a lot in the last few days to resolve the site / report issues.

When login to brightshare, try hit twice "submit" for pulling report, if that doesn't help, please clean your cookies, cache, temp internet files as explained below:

Step 1: go to => IE - Tools - internet options
Step 2: Delete => Choose all items : Browsing History, cookies, temporary files ...
Step 3: Close all opened IE browsers without saving any sessions.
Step 4: Reopen a brand new IE and try to login again.

Please write to me or Limor in person if the issue persist on your pc, send us your login and if possible a screenshot. This will help our tech team understanding the problem better.
