    Default Virtual Reality 2017

In the past couple of years there has been a lot of progress in the development of VR in the online gaming industry. Recently at ICE many providers were showing their latest developments. There is some great stuff out there and it will be great when widely available.

I came across this interesting article about Virtual Reality predictions for 2017:

Usually when it comes to technology I'm all over it, but I'm not convinced with this yet. I tried it once at ICE a year or two ago for a slot machine and it really just made me feel motion sickness and I don't ever get that.

Maybe it has improved since then, who knows.

I fully understand what you are saying. At ICE this year NetEnt were demonstrating Gonzo's Quest that was quite amazing. Rather than playing a game with Virtual Reality you were actually part of the game and sitting in the jungle participating. What was even more cool was that the game was running off a mobile smart phone. Everyone should definitely experience this latest technology as it has come a long way in just a short period of time. Hope you get to try it

Interesting stuff. I have never tried VR but it surely sounds like an intriguing experience. Do you think there is a chance that within VR a Google competitor might arise? Something like a search engine in a virtual world? Basically I'm asking if there will be new ways for affiliates to promote casinos?

Considering that 70% of traffic is now mobile I'm not sure how a VR rig fits into current reader / player demographics.
It does look cool - and I can see GAMERS getting into it - but NOT GAMBLERS.

I don't see VR as the next big thing in gambling.
