Affiliate site for sale

Well, I guess same thing that happened to a lot of gambling affiliate sites happened to me. I started this project a little bit over a year ago because I was looking for a fun project on the side. It was so freaking fun and I learned a lot about the industry, SEO and Wordpress. But, I got a kid two months ago and my full time job became quite hectic and I simply lack time to maintain the site in a proper way.

Over the course of last year site brought about double the money that I invested in it and there is still some money laying around on affiliate accounts because it can't be withdrawn due to requirements that some affiliate programs have. Below is a short breakdown of important about the site.

Backlinks: bunch of them, someone with SEO tools should be able to easily check them
Domain age: 1Y, 28D
CMS: Wordpress
Hosting: my private cPanel server


Money on various affiliates program that will come with the site if someone wants to buy it:

I have no idea how selling of this would even look like, but site would have to be offloaded from my server because I am planning to shut it down and go with cheaper option.

Traffic on the site was mostly SEO with some google ads ( campaign was running for about a month ). Main GEO target was UK and Eastern Europe.

Site is in pretty good condition SEO wise and someone with enough time and resources could make wonders with it.

You'll get better offers if you write out how much traffic the site gets on average per month (from SEO efforts only, not ads) and how many FTDs the site gets per month.
