Gotten into the Affiliate business for quit some time now and anyone here willing to let me know abit more on how things work and go around...

1. Is it common to list brands for fees /monthly and not use like revshare cpa deals on it and just cash in on your indexed SEO...
2. Or is it the otherway around or a mix of them both?

No... it's not really common and depends heavily on the status and performance of your site and your traffic. Take your Slotdudes for example... virtually no rankings, zero traffic, zero FTDs. What do you want to offer a casino in exchange for a fixed fee?

Anyway you need to try and find some affiliates that will "let" you promote them without much site traffic so you can grow. Best is revshare but you may want a a few CPA deals to get a little bit of cash sooner than later if you can rank the site or drive traffic to it.
