Revenue Network Changing our Agreement

Revenuenetwork.com who run Bovada say they will change the amount of rev share down to 10% due to not sending enough players. In 2013 when I signed up with them under thier legacy brand this was not part of any contracts or agreements. Will update you here with the outcome.

Have you informed your Affiliate Manager that when you signed up these terms and conditions were not in effect?

I have read about people having this reduction overturned by doing just that.

If you look under section 6.3 under their terms and look at the 2nd bullet point.

• In the event that an Affiliate delivers fewer than 3 new real money depositors in any 6 month period, Revenue Network may, at its sole discretion, drop that Affiliate’s Revenue Share Commission to 10% until the Affiliate is able to deliver 3 new real money depositors.

This is nothing short of predatory…

Predatory terms are all over the place.. and changing terms for existing affiliates which closed the deal on different terms is unethical business practice! btw- It happened to us as well with years ago Revenuenetwork (I think they were under different name back than), we had 405 and we had an high roller in the account when they changed us to 10%.. causing us to lose about 20K commissions..

This happens frequently. Sometimes reaching out to AM can help. Certainly bad practice. How about these programs contact affiliates and try to work out a deal, perhaps higher short term RS if you bring X FTD's etc.

I believe it's always good to try, but unfortunately this is a practice they are doing for years, they give you good deal, take your players and downgrade it first moment they can...
