VideoPokerJunkie.com for sale again
Hi Everyone!
I can't post links under this username, so.....
VideoPokerJunkie (.com) is for sale again. My health has improved, but I'm so far behind on what's
happening online these days that I don't have the energy to really start working it again. Being sick
takes a lot of work (LOL), so I've decided to start marketing in a different way that won't require so
much commitment. For those that are familiar with COPD & Asthma, my lung function has improved
from 27% to 37% in the last year (which no one can explain), but my condition can change in a
heartbeat, so I need to simplify everything as much as possible.
For those that aren't familiar with VPJunkie's history, it's been online since Dec. 2000, and has always
converted well - much better than average sites. Years ago, when I was really working it, it seemed to
only need about 10% of the traffic other sites needed for the same conversions. Even now, with not
having worked it for the last 5+ years, it still gets a few conversions with very little SE traffic, and I
rarely buy traffic. I have not SE optimized it in 7+/- years and it doesn't carry any links pages, only
some link trades on the front page. I have no idea where it ranks at Google on the different keywords,
but I do think it improved in the last major change.
It's not producing much income, but what it does comes primarily from Casino Rewards and INetBet,
with trickles from other programs here & there. CR has earned $3,547 in the last year with just 1 player
and he's fairly consistent. INetBet is much more active, but is just now coming off a negative for the last
few months - still, it's netted $2600 in the last 12 months. Since it's on the front page, it picks up new
players here & there, and I picked up a healthy player a few months ago. Unfortunately, he/she was
lucky the first 3 months and because INB carries over negative, it's just now coming out of it. I have
screenshots of the income activity for the last 12 months for both these programs that I'll be happy to
provide to anyone that's interested in buying it. I will be transferring these accounts, along with all the
others, in the sale. Also, I will give access to the traffic stats to anyone that wants to see what's going
on there.
It's hosted at Carpathia Hosting and has been there for several years at $25/month.
It's built with MS Frontpage (I heard all those groans just now!!! LOL) - which doesn't even exist
anymore.
I'm not going to give it away, but I definitely want to sell it now, so I'm open to offers. Funds must be
paid to PayPal (preferably) or wired to my bank account.
I will need a forward on my email address for at least a year, while I get everything changed. Geez,
I've had this one for 13 years!
For questions, please email me at slycin56(@)videopokerjunkie.com
Thank you, and I hope you all are having a great month!!
- Cindy Carley
A tip - Rival & Top Game don't convert on VPJunkie at all. RTG & Microgaming both do, and I'm sure the
BetonSoft would be a big seller, but I've never added it.

Thank you, Rick, CCJ, and Liz!!
I'm glad to hear you're all doing well!!
I know 10% improvement in lung function sounds minor from a healthy person's POV, Rick, but from this end, it's a HUGE improvement.
Especially since COPD is irreversible, and I was in Hospice for 10 months. None of my doctors can explain it, but I have a wonderful team of women doctors - all different specialties - that work well with each other, and work well with me when I want med mixes that are not normal, but work for me. If you can imagine, I'm not the type of patient that sits there and says "yes, doctor" to everything. LOL I can cook again, and do some housecleaning, and get out of the house more, so it's a wonderful temporary reprieve. I'm getting ready to set up my deck for container gardening, too, so excited about that. I have good days & bad days, good weeks & bad weeks, and I have to religiously guard against getting sick, but I'm happy to be able to do things on my own again! Now that I can cook again, I'm having a ball trying things I've always wanted to, but didn't really have the time for, so that's fun. I think I'm even going to try to do a casino getaway for a couple of days by myself!! A lot of coordinating to do as far as my oxygen (I'm on it 24/7), but I would SO LOVE to get to a casino again - it's been years. Cherokee Harrah's is only a couple of hours away.
I will send you my number in a PM, Rick.

Ok, numbers crunching....
I now have screenshots of the last 3 years earnings for both INetBet & Casino Rewards, available to anyone who's interested in buying VPJ. You can verify this info independently with Renee at Casino Rewards, and I'll let Ben at INetBet know I'm selling also.
My income from just these 2 programs the last 3+/- years has been $25,136 ($8378/yr), as outlined below. (the numbers should be accurate, but I was using my phone's calculator, so there may be minute discrepancies) And I'm not trying to belabor a point, but it did this while I was in bed waiting to die. The ONLY thing I've done to this website in the last 5/6 yrs was to change the headline casino from Casino Extreme (NOT a recommended aff program), which had been there for many years, to Jackpot Grand a couple of months ago.
INetBet from 11/10 - 9/13 produced $11,979. It's a fairly consistent earner, but this summer has been very bad for it because they carryover negative, which is why the income is down for this last year. But you can see that in the stats, if you read them.
Casino Rewards from 2/10 - 8/13 (1st 2 pages of stats) produced $13,157. CR is more erratic in its income, but has no negative carryover, so it has lows and highs, which you'll also see in the stats. During this same time period, Gambling Wages (yes, I have long term players there - go figure!) produced probably about $2K, and I've had a few hundred in from other straggler programs.
I'm asking half this last year's income for the sales price - $3000 - which I think is a great price for buying an established & proven income producing site.
If someone can pay cash by the 30th (next Monday), I'll give them a 10% discount on the price.
If someone wants terms, I'll take half down, with the other half in payments over the next 6 months, which you should be able to make from VPJ's income. I'll let the buyer have access to VPJ to work it, but I won't transfer the site out of Carpathia, or the domain, until payments are finished. All this is predicated on a sales price of $3000, of course. I've been talking to a few people this past week and will be getting them this info shortly.
If you're wondering why I want to sell this quickly, it's because I have property taxes due next week and I don't want to dip into my money. I have my eye on a sweet metallic red convertible I very much want. I've spent the last 3 yrs waiting to die because that's what they told me in July 2010, but I'm tired of waiting now. Against all odds I've improved and even tho I'm permanently disabled by my lungs & must plan every step I take, I'm fairly functional again, and I want my FREEDOM back! Freedom from everything. I think I'm going thru a metamorphosis now and, at 56, it's kind of exciting.
If you have any more questions, just let me know.
Thanks!
- Cindy

Great news that you got the site sold Cindy and nice to see you here again.
Glad your feeling a little better too!
Now, another small niche site wouldn't be too bad would it?
